Restaurant notes: Building permits for Arlington Popeyes, Bartram Market Wendy's; St. Johns Culver's in review

The city issued a building permit for a 2,265-square-foot Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and drive-thru on 1.25 acres at 9309 Merrill Road in Arlington.

Venture Construction Co. is the contractor for the 52-seat restaurant at a construction cost of $486,000.

Wendy’s in Bartram Market

St. Johns County issued a permit for construction of an almost 2,400-square-foot Wendy’s restaurant and drive-thru at a cost of $550,000 at 140 Bartram Market Drive.

Culver’s to St. Johns

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an application for a 4,444-square-foot Culver’s restaurant and drive-thru on a 1.22-acre outparcel at The Fountains at St. Johns along County Road 210 West.

Titletown Properties LLC of Ponte Vedra is the developer. A master development plan shows 110 seats.
