Lego is building-out a store at St. Johns Town Center.
The city issued a permit Wednesday for Texeira Contracting Inc. to improve space in front of Dillard’s for a Lego store at a cost of $684,415.
The 2,727-square-foot space is at 4663 River City Drive.

In addition to selling the products in retail stores and online, Lego operates worldwide stores, including more than 90 among about 35 states.
