Office notes: Mortgage for Cypress Point, SS&C in Gramercy Woods

Mortgage for Cypress Point

The Huntington National Bank of Cincinnati issued a $26.85 million mortgage to Viking Partners Cypress LLC for its June 14 purchase of Cypress Point Business Park. Cincinnati-based Viking Partners paid $35.8 million for the eight-building, 344,000-square-foot office property in Southside.

McKesson to Center Point

The city is reviewing a permit application for tenant renovations for McKesson Corp. at 4815 Executive Park Court, No. 103, in Center Point Business Park. The plans specify McKesson BioMed. Precise Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $377,099 project to renovate 12,291 square feet. McKesson posted a job opening for a biomedical technician skilled in the diagnosis and repair of simple and complex medical devices. 

SS&C in Gramercy Woods

The city is reviewing a permit application for an almost 8,900-square-foot build-out for SS&C Technologies Inc. in Gramercy Woods. No contractor is listed for the $350,000 project at 9000 Southside Blvd. SS&C is expanding at the park.

Venus in EastPark

Venus Fashion Inc. continues renovations at its EastPark headquarters at 11711 Marco Beach Drive. The city approved a permit for contractor Richard Claude Haskew to renovate 33,600 square feet for its Venus West Interior Phase 2 project at a cost of $1 million. Venus Fashion President Jim Brewster said in September the company was working on a $9 million renovation of the almost 130,000-square-foot building.
