Moe’s Southwestern Grill will build-out at 10502 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin. Moducomm Development Inc. will make tenant improvements to the 2,250-square-foot space at a cost of $396,656. The city issued the building permit July 12. Moe’s will lease in a 6,000-square-foot building developed at the site of a former Applebee’s.
The city approved tenant build-out July 11 for Brewz, The Filling Station, at 2695 Post St. in Riverside. Bosco Building Contractors is the contractor for the $50,400 project to renovate the 2,335-square-foot space to alter the bar, renovate, paint and update the floors. It is the former Dahlia’s Pour House.
The city calculated a mobility fee of $49,904 for Blue Bamboo Land LLC to convert a 4,342-square-foot building and add 3,242 square feet to develop a 7,584-square-foot restaurant at 10110 San Jose Blvd. in Mandarin. Blue Bamboo chef and owner Dennis Chan intends to buy the building and open a second Blue Bamboo. The original is at 3820 Southside Blvd.
St. Johns County issued a permit for a $300,000 remodeling and drive-thru update for McDonald’s at 2431 U.S. 1 S. in St. Augustine.
