Florida Blue announced Monday it is seeking 500 temporary workers for telemarketing sales during the annual health insurance open-enrollment period.
The full- and part-time positions are available July through December.
No experience is necessary. The jobs include paid training at $9.50 per hour toward earning an insurance sales license.
After earning their license, workers earn $16 an hour. Bilingual workers earn $16.36 an hour.
For applicants with an insurance sales license, the pay is $17 an hour and $17.36 an hour for bilingual workers.
The jobs will be based at the company’s offices on Riverside Avenue near Downtown.
For on-the-spot interviews, candidates can visit the Florida Blue Center at 4855 Town Center Parkway near The Markets at Town Center from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
