The city issued a permit for the foundation construction for a 54,300-square-foot addition for TRUaire at 12128 New Berlin Road by Pattillo Industrial Real Estate.

Dana B. Kenyon Co. is listed as the contractor for the $400,000 foundation as well as for the $2.2 million construction project in review in NorthPoint Industrial Park, a Pattillo project in North Jacksonville.

Pattillo developed a 163,615-square-foot facility for TRUaire on a site that could allow for a building expansion up to 220,000 square feet.

Pattillo Industrial Real Estate Vice President Peter Anderson said construction should take six months after the permit is issued. TRUaire is an HVAC manufacturer that distributes residential and commercial products.
