Retail notes: Warby Parker build-out approved; Planet Fitness to Regency area

 The city approved the permit for fashion eyeglass retailer Warby Parker to build-out space at St. Johns Town Center.

Horizon Retail Construction is the contractor for the $229,910 project to renovate 1,460 square feet at 4712 River City Drive in part of the former Williams-Sonoma space. 

Planet Fitness to Regency area

Planet Fitness intends to build-out a gym in the Southside Commons shopping center at 651 Commerce Center Drive, north of Regency Square Mall.

The city is reviewing a permit application for a $1 million renovation of almost 29,000 square feet near The Church of Eleven22 in the former Level 8 furnishings store.

A site plan on the landlord Sleiman Enterprises site shows Planet Fitness next to Hope’s Closet, a church ministry.

Bellezza Nails to Gateway Village

The city issued the permit for Bellezza Nails Spa to build-out in 2,914 square feet of space at 5010 Gate Parkway, No. 4, in Gateway Village at Town Center.

GAP Construction LLC is the contractor for the $180,000 project.
