• Russell Baker was promoted to chief executive officer and brand strategist for Jacksonville-based marketing and advertising agency Wingard. The appointment is effective March 25. Wingard CEO Christopher Ball will remain as adviser and equity partner. Baker joined Wingard in 2016. He was an executive with The Coca-Cola Co. for 12 years.
• Mike Nursey was promoted to head of the Middle Market Group for Florida at TD Bank and will be based in Tampa. Nursey, who joined TD Bank in 2012, will be responsible for middle market strategy within Florida, including commercial, industrial, business acquisition and public finance lending. Nursey was market president-commercial for Central Florida.
• Amy Richardson joined Burdette Ketchum as an account executive responsible for project management, digital marketing support and client account lead. Richardson was a marketing project manager at DiscoverTec.
