Escape Restaurant & Bar LLC opened May 2 in Five Points with limited hours and intends to open next week for full hours, 11 a.m.-2 a.m.

The restaurant at 1023 Park St. seats 65 customers inside and 70 outside on the patio.

A menu shows soups and salads; dips such as baba ganoush and hummus; khachapuri (Turkish pizza); savory pies; tapas; sushi; desserts; and a children’s menu. The location is the former Cozy Tea Room.

3Natives in Mandarin:

The city issued a permit for 3Natives to open in the Gates of Olde Mandarin at 11362 San Jose Blvd., No. 4.

Restoration Management Specialties of Jupiter is the contractor for the $140,880 project to build-out 1,174 square feet of space.

3Natives was founded in 2013 in Tequesta by Anthony Bambino. Its 3natives.com site shows 12 locations in Florida and five coming soon – three in Florida, including Jacksonville, and two in Texas. 3Natives calls itself a healthy lifestyle café. The menu includes acai bowls, smoothies, cold pressed juices, wraps, salads and bagels.

Panda Express in Atlantic North

The city approved a permit for construction of Panda Express at 11929 Atlantic Blvd. in the Atlantic North shopping center.

The 2,252-square-foot building will be built on an acre at a cost of $451,019.
