The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for Brooklyn Place, a four-unit, 11,373-square-foot retail project on 1.5 acres at Leila and Magnolia streets off Riverside Avenue.

The Ferber Co. Inc. is the developer. England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.

Foot Locker, Champs in Regency Pointe

The city is reviewing permit applications for space to be prepared in advance of build-out for Foot Locker and Champs Sports in the Regency Pointe Shopping Center along the Arlington Expressway.

The retailers will relocate from the Regency Square Mall across the expressway.

RaceTrac along University

The city is reviewing permit applications for Atlanta-based RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. to build a gas station and convenience store on 1.79 acres at 5225 University Blvd W. Venture Construction Co. is the contractor for the $1.4 million project. The site is part of 10.67 acres owned by Home Depot USA Inc., which did not develop the property with a home-improvement store.
