Subdivisions plans for RiverTown, Twin Creeks Beacon Lake and Tidewater

Toll Brothers plans to open three single-family home models this summer in the gated Edison community at eTown, near Interstate 295 and Florida 9B.

The models will feature two-story, four-bedroom floor plans of 3,131 to 4,477 square feet. Toll Brothers plans to offer more than eight floor plans of one- and two-story homes in the 266-lot Edison community from 2,600 to 4,400 square feet.

Prices will start in the upper $300,000s. Edison amenities include a playground, dog park and access to the eTown community clubhouse and pool.

Twin Creeks North

Lennar Homes submitted an application to the St. Johns River Water Management District to build a 206-unit townhome community at Twin Creeks North along the east side of Interstate 95 near County Road 210 on 45.26 acres.

Four floor plans that include three bedrooms, 3½ baths and an attached garage will be offered. Prices are in the mid-$200,000s.

The development comprises 32 buildings with four to eight units in each. Construction is planned to begin this summer.

Models are planned to open by the end of spring or early summer of 2020. Lennar will begin presales by the fourth quarter of 2019.

The Haven at RiverTown

 Mattamy Homes submitted an application to St. Johns County for review of subdivision plans for The Haven, a 212-lot single-family section of RiverTown west of Kendall Crossing Drive.

Phase 2B at Twin Creeks Beacon Lake

Heartwood 23 LLC submitted a subdivision construction plan review to St. Johns County for 79 single-family lots in Twin Creeks Beacon Lake Phase 2B southwest of Windermere Way and Twin Creeks Drive. 

More homes for Tidewater

TW Property Holdings LLC  applied to the St. Johns River Water Management District to continue developing Tidewater with a 131-lot single-family subdivision in Unit 4, on 55 acres south of Cedar Point Road, at Clapboard Creek Drive in Northeast Duval County.

Townhomes near First Coast High

D.R. Horton and Starratt Road Developers LLC applied to the St. Johns River Water Management District to develop a 7.08-acre project comprising 78 townhomes called Capital Park along Starratt Road between Airport Center Drive East and Bonaparte Landing Boulevard across from First Coast High School. The project also is known as Trafalger.
