St. Johns County notes: First Watch, Wendy's, Peterbrooke and AutoZone adding stores

Nocatee Town Center, The Pavilion at Durbin Park adding tenants.

JEA issued a service availability letter for First Watch, A Daytime Café, to open in at Nocatee Town Center in Ponte Vedra.

It is expected to open in the summer.

Wendy’s to St Augustine

St. Johns County issued a permit for Wendy’s to build a 2,643-square-foot restaurant at 80 Marketplace Drive in St. Augustine at a cost of $550,000.

Peterbrooke to Durbin

St. Johns County issued a permit Oct. 25 for a $150,000 build-out for Peterbrooke Chocolatier at 450 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 104, at The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

AutoZone to Bartram Market

St. Johns County is reviewing an application for construction of a 7,400-square-foot AutoZone retail auto parts store on 1.2 acres along Race Track Road at Bartram Market.
