CSX Corp. said Wednesday it appointed Kevin Boone executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Boone has been serving as interim CFO since May when Frank Lonegro left the Jacksonville-based railroad company. CSX said at the time it was searching for a replacement.
Boone joined CSX in September 2017 as vice president of corporate affairs and chief investor relations officer.
CSX also appointed Jamie Boychuk executive vice president of operations. Boychuk, who joined the company in 2017, most recently was a senior vice president.
Ed Harris, who had been executive vice president of operations, will continue as executive vice president with other responsibilities.
