Amazon.com intends to make improvements to its delivery center at 11084 Cabot Commerce Circle in Alta Lakes Commerce Center.

No contractor is listed for the $550,000 project to remodel a 63,000-square-foot leased space. 

Priority Tire to Tradeport

Priority Tire, based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, will build-out at International DC 5 in Jacksonville International Tradeport.

Haskew Construction is the contractor to build-out 52,000 square feet for the tire distributor at a cost of almost $496,000 at 1594 Transport Court. 

Rogers to Jessie Street

Rogers, an Alpharetta, Georgia-based provider of electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, distribution and contractor services, bought the former Second Harvest Food Bank warehouse at 1502 Jessie St.

Rogers Campus II LLC bought the 31,502-square-foot structure from LSS Property Management Inc. for $1.15 million.

Colliers International Northeast Florida senior directors Eric Bumgarner and Fran Pepis represented LSS. NAI Hallmark Vice President Jason Purdy represented Rogers.
