The city is reviewing a permit application for BB&T Tower owner Ash Properties to renovate the 18-story Downtown building’s lobby and to make façade improvements.
No contractor is listed for the $284,050 project to improve 9,748 square feet in the tower lobby at 200 W. Forsyth St.
Codes-ABC Inc. is representing the project during permit review.
Jacksonville-based Ash Properties, through Talara Investment Group LLC, paid $24.47 million for the tower in July 2018.
Ash Properties won the property at auction in May and closed on the deal two months later. The purchase included a seven-story, 700-space parking garage across Forsyth Street at 111 N. Julia St
