First Coast YMCA will close four branches Monday because of Dorian

The four branches are in mandatory evacuation zones.

The First Coast YMCA will close four branches Monday because of the approach of Hurricane Dorian.

The four branches are in mandatory evacuation zones. Closing are: 

• Ponte Vedra Beach YMCA, 170 Landrum Lane.

• Winston Family YMCA, 221 Riverside Ave.

• St. Augustine YMCA, 500 Pope Road.

• McArthur Family YMCA, 1915 Citrona Drive.

First Coast YMCA spokeswoman Maddie Milne said the branches will reopen “as soon as possible” after the storm.

“All members should check the First Coast Y’s website, social media pages and the Y mobile app for updates and information,” she said in a news release.
