 The Mini Bar Donuts & Coffee wants to build-out in Gateway Village at Town Center.

Elite Construction of Jax Inc. is listed as the contractor for the $275,000 job for 1,800 square feet of interior space and 300 square feet of exterior space at 10618 Deerwood Park Blvd., No. 1.

Southern Grounds to Avondale

The city calculated a mobility fee of $3,680 for the Southern Grounds & Co. coffee shop ownership to demolish a structure and rebuild a 7,848-square-foot storefront on almost 0.2 acres at 3562 St. Johns Ave. in the Shoppes of Avondale.

Abbey Civil Engineers Inc. is the civil engineer. It is designed as the third Southern Grounds shop in the area. The first is in Neptune Beach and the second is in San Marco.

Bonchon to Beach and Hodges

The city issued a permit for Fudin Construction LLC to renovate 2,720 square feet of space for Bonchon at 13423 Beach Blvd., No. 104, the storefront vacated by Pancheros Mexican Grill.

The job cost is listed at $40,000.

The first Jacksonville location for the Korean-style fried-chicken restaurant opened in The Strand at Town Center.
