Restaurant notes: 1748 Bakehouse seeks sign permit; Starbucks files plans for Baymeadows

The city issued a sign permit for 1748 Bakehouse at 1748 N. Main St.

In addition to the main name, the signage includes “Real Honest Baking” and “Sourdough Coffee Gallettes.”

Starbucks to Baymeadows Park

Joyce Development Group LLC filed civil site plans with the city for Starbucks Coffee Co. to build in Baymeadows Park along Baymeadows Road east of Interstate 95.

The 2,500-square-foot Starbucks with a drive-thru is planned at northwest Baymeadows Road and Baymeadows Circle East. Kimley-Horn & Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.

Taco Bell to San Jose, Beach Boulevard

Taco Bell will remodel its restaurant at 11646 San Jose Blvd. at a cost of $275,000.

CW Hayes Construction Co. is the contractor.

Taco Bell wants to build a replacement restaurant at St. Johns Square along Beach Boulevard near St. Johns Bluff Road.

McDonald’s in Arlington

McDonald’s intends to remodel and expand its restaurant at 7245 Merrill Road. 

Burger King in North Jacksonville

The city is reviewing a permit application for a $200,000 exterior and interior renovation for Burger King at 13049 N. Main St.
