RS&H named Jennifer Palhete as vice president of human resources at the Jacksonville-based architecture and engineering firm. She joined RS&H in January with about 25 years of human resources experience, including leadership roles at Saddle Creek Logistics, Mahle, NSK and Saint-Gobain.
Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Debbie Buckland and Ray Driver to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and reappointed Ari Jolly, who is vice chair. All were appointed to four-year terms. Buckland is market president for Branch Banking & Trust Co. Driver is a founding partner at Driver, McAfee, Hawthorne & Diebenow. Jolly is the assistant general counsel for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Inc.
