Baptist Health Properties Inc. filed plans with the St. Johns River Water Management District to convert 2.57 acres it owns at 1650 Prudential Drive into parking.

Caliber Collision to South Jacksonville

 Caliber Collision intends to build a vehicle body repair shop on 2.3 acres at 11556 Philips Highway.

The city issued a permit March 2 for STG Contracting Group Inc. to build the 18,554-square-foot building at a cost of $1.6 million.

Apartments to Philips Highway

The city is reviewing a permit application for Burkhalter Wrecking Inc. to demolish the former Masterfit Golf Teaching and Fitting Academy at 14055 Philips Highway.

Houston-based Stanmore Partners LLC, through Jax Philips Hwy Apts LLC, paid $5.36 million for the 19.13 acres and proposes the 280-unit Stanmore Wells Creek apartments.
