 JEA issued a service availability letter to RS&H Inc. for a restaurant on the ground floor at 100 W. Bay St., owned by VyStar Credit Union.

Plans also include Bread & Board Provisions, a specialty marketplace offering food and retail items from area businesses.

KFC to Oakleaf

The city is reviewing a permit application for KFC to build a 2,200-square-foot restaurant at 8251 Old Middleburg Road S. in Oakleaf.

No contractor is listed for the $425,000 project.

McDonald’s to remodel

McDonald’s plans to remodel its 4,062-square-foot restaurant at 1001 University Blvd. at College Park, the renamed Town & Country Shopping Center in Arlington at an estimated cost of $350,000.

CPH Inc. is the civil engineer for the project.
