Florida Blue will hold three virtual job fairs in the next month to help fill 250 member care specialist positions.
The first training, at 5 p.m. April 14, is full, but there are two more scheduled April 21 and May 2. Candidates can learn more about the jobs and have an opportunity to ask questions.
Member care specialists will serve potential, new and existing customers to “resolve service inquiries, process transactions and adjudicate claims.”
Member care specialist positions are available in Jacksonville, Lake Mary and Miami.
Training for positions would begin in the summer for employment beginning in the fall open enrollment period. The positions are full time with health insurance benefits, paid time off and quarterly incentive bonuses.
The jobs operate with nine months on and three months off, all paid with benefits.
