• The RS&H architecture, engineering and consulting firm’s board of directors announced that Chairman Leerie Jenkins and member Joe Debs will retire at the end of August. Jenkins has served as chairman since 1990. Debs, who once led RS&H’s Transportation Infrastructure Practice and ultimately served as executive vice president, ends his three-year board term after retiring from full-time work in 2017.
• Joseph Lentz joined Cushman & Wakefield in Jacksonville as a director. He will focus on the land and retail sectors. Lentz previously was with Cantrell & Morgan Inc. for six years.
Stellar named Ted Speas as division vice president of distribution and logistics, including sales, operations, quality, customer service and financial performance. Stellar focuses on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide. He joins Stellar after six years at Sysco Corp. Stellar said the position reinforces the company’s commitment to the food distribution market.
• Junior Achievement of North Florida President and CEO Steve St. Amand will retire Dec. 31 after 20 years with the organization. He has been directing an area of 26 Florida counties since Jan. 1, 2001.
• Downtown Vision, the nonprofit Business Improvement District for Downtown Jacksonville, announced four new members on the 27-member board of directors.
