The city issued a permit Dec. 21 for build-out of RH, formerly known as Restoration Hardware, at St. Johns Town Center at a cost of $18 million.

Contractor J.E. Dunn Construction Co., of Kansas City, Missouri, is the contractor for the three-story, 48,431-square-foot project at 4831 Village Shops Way.

The home furnishings retail store will offer a rooftop restaurant and bar.

RH is east of the shops that include Tesla and Apple.

St. Johns Town Center owner Simon Property Group announced in February, before the pandemic, that RH Jacksonville, The Gallery at St. Johns Town Center, would open in late 2020.

That time frame has been adjusted because of the COVID-19 shutdowns.

The Town Center website says it is coming soon.

“At Restoration Hardware, you'll explore an exceptionally well merchandised world of high quality textiles, furniture, lighting,

bathware, hardware and amusements,” says Simon.com.
