Former Florida Gators quarterback and international philanthropist Tim Tebow and his wife, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, sold one of Tebow’s two Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club homes for $1.395 million.

The couple sold a two-story, five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home at 4538 Swilcan Bridge Lane N. in the gated community in South Jacksonville.

The deed was recorded Dec. 29 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts. They sold it to Robin Ann Eletto. A LinkedIn profile identifies her as chief people officer at Fanatics Inc., which sells officially licensed sports merchandise. Its East Coast headquarters is in Jacksonville.

Records show Tebow paid $1.4 million for the 0.73-acre property in June 2014. The almost 6,600-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Tebow continues to own a larger home in Glen Kernan that he bought in June 2019 for $2.99 million. It was built in 2016.

That almost 8,300-square-foot, two-story house occupies 1.49 acres, according to property records.

It comprises five bedrooms, a wine room, home theater and entertainment room, a saltwater pool, outside living and entertainment spaces and a five-car garage, among other features.

Tebow married Nel-Peters, a South African model and Miss Universe 2017, in January.

Tebow, 33, was a star Nease High School football player in St. Johns County before signing with the University of Florida. The two-time national champion and Heisman trophy winner also is a football analyst for the SEC Network.

He played three years in the NFL with the Denver Broncos, New York Jets and New England Patriots.

He has been in the New York Mets minor-league system since 2016.

Tebow was born in the Philippines to Baptist missionaries and grew up in Florida.

In 2012, Tebow founded the Tim Tebow Foundation that supports those in need worldwide. Events include the Night to Shine celebratory proms for people with special needs.

The foundation is based in Jacksonville.
