JWB Real Estate Companies LLC, led by investor Alex Sifakis, bought the Downtown Seminole Building at 400 N. Hogan St. on Jan. 31.

Through 400 Hogan LLC, the group bought the property from JAX Club Property LLC for $1.7 million. JAX Club is led by Marcus Lemonis, the TV host of “The Profit.”

The three-story, 22,500-square-foot building is anchored by Sweet Pete's candy shop and the 10/Six Grille, which will remain.

Lemonis continues to own Sweet Pete’s with Peter and Allison Behringer.
