McDonald’s to renovate Beach Boulevard restaurant.

JEA issued a service availability letter for the Pottsburg Creek Fish Shack at 8550 Beach Blvd. along Pottsburg Creek.

The letter describes the addition of a 150-seat restaurant to an existing commercial property.

The Touring Co. Inc. is the civil engineer. 

Popeyes in Macclenny

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for a 2,265-square-foot Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on 1.31 acres at 812 S. Sixth St. in Macclenny.

VRE Macclenny LLC of Southlake, Texas, is the applicant.

Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.

Waffle House in Clay County

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for a 1,765-square-foot, 38-seat Waffle House at 2540 County Road 220 in Middleburg.

Taylor & White Inc. is the civil engineer.

McDonald’s on Beach

McDonald’s intends to renovate at 14200 Beach Blvd. at a cost of $300,000.
