The city approved construction Feb. 21 for a $210,000 build-out for Chipotle at Brooklyn Place in Riverside.

Horizon Construction Co. is the contractor for the 2,500-square-foot project at 50 Riverside Ave.

The Ferber Co. is the developer of the 11,500-square-foot Brooklyn Place, which will include Panera, Bento and Chop Barbershop.

It will be the 10th Chipotle in the Jacksonville area.

Chipotle says it has more than 2,600 restaurants in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Its restaurants average 25 employees.
