The Medure Brothers announced by email Jan. 20 they opened Midtown Table, their new “Italian-inspired kitchen” restaurant in Gateway Village at Town Center.

The restaurant opened at 5016 Gate Parkway, a week earlier than chef Matthew Medure anticipated during an interview in early January.

Opening-day hours are 4-10 p.m. for dinner.

Regular hours will be lunch from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Sunday and dinner from 4-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.

It seats 125 inside and 80 outside in a patio area that offers family-friendly activities like a three-hole putting course.

The Jacksonville-based Medure Brothers restaurant group comprises Matthew’s Restaurant, Restaurant Medure, M Shack, Rue Saint-Marc and Midtown Table along with Hipp Fitt Meals.
