Michael Bouchet was appointed chief information officer of Web.com. He was senior vice president of Cloud and Infrastructure at One Call Care Management. He will report to CEO Sharon Rowlands and will be based in the company’s Jacksonville headquarters.
Ray Fitzgerald will rejoin Crowley Maritime Group March 1 as chief operating officer, responsible to lead the Crowley executive team. Fitzgerald previously spent 13 years with Crowley, including as vice president in commercial roles with the liner services group. Most recently he was president and chief operating officer with Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solutions and chairman of American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier.
Claudia Kattan-Jordan, vice president, Central America, with Crowley Logistics, received the 2020 “Person of the Year” honor from the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce for leadership and contributions to the logistics industry. Kattan-Jordan began her career in 1989 and manages Crowley’s supply chain in six Central American countries.
Mark Friedlander was appointed director, corporate communications, at the Insurance Information Institute. Friedlander joined the organization in July as a consultant. He was head of corporate communications at The Main Street America Group for 13 years.
