JEA issued a service availability letter for a proposed 9,200-square-foot retail store at 4155 Highway Ave.
The developer is Twin Rivers Capital, which develops locations for Family Dollar Stores Inc.
Family Dollar intends to expand its store at 5935 University Blvd. W. in Santa Monica Center. No contractor is listed for the $175,000 project for 10,258 square feet of space.
A site plan for the center on landlord Sleiman’s website shows Family Dollar now occupies 7,003 square feet of space adjacent to a vacant space of more than 3,000 square feet.
The city issued a permit for Diamond Contractors Inc. to renovate the CVS Pharmacy at 50 Duval Station Road at a cost of $225,000.
