“The online marketplace concept is something that we’ve been getting requests forever since announcing our physical location that will open this fall at the VyStar Credit Union headquarters campus downtown,” said Dwayne Beliakoff, co-founder of The Bread & Board, in a news release.
He said he wanted to provide products for people following stay-at-home orders.
“For some, these days have been a great opportunity to try different flavors and test new recipes, and by gathering up some of our favorite local products we are able to provide a little inspiration to do just that. It is a great way to introduce the products at Bread & Board Provisions.”
Beliakoff founded Bread & Board with Jonathan Cobbs. Its first restaurant is at 1030 Oak St. and it intends to open Bread & Board Provisions this year at St. John’s Town Center North as well as at VyStar at 100 W. Bay St.
