Robin Lanigan appointed to Duval County Court

She succeeds retired Duval County Judge Pauline Drake.

Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed 4th Circuit General Magistrate Robin Lanigan to the Duval County Court on May 8 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Duval County Judge Pauline Drake.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000, Lanigan, 51, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.

She was in private practice, specializing in family law, until 2016 when she was appointed magistrate.
