• Baptist Health named Dr. David Rice senior vice president, chief medical officer and chief quality officer. He served as Baptist Health’s chief quality officer since 2015. He began the new role May 4 after the retirement of Dr. Keith Stein, who served as chief medical officer since 1999. Rice joined Baptist Health in 2001 as a hospitalist for Baptist Primary Care.
• Freedom Boat Club of Jacksonville and St. Augustine promoted Mark Vickers from membership executive to general manager. He joined Freedom Boat Club as a member in 2015.
