The city issued a permit May 15 for Emerald C’s Development Inc. to build-out 2,295 square feet of office space at a cost of $240,627 for Stag Industrial Holdings LLC at 9779 Pritchard Road in Westlake Industrial Park.
Boston-based Stag Industrial is the property owner and developer.
The office space is within a 231,030-square-foot warehouse called Stag Westlake.
Cushman & Wakefield Senior Directors Jacob Horsley and Tyler Newman and associate Taylor Calfee represent the property.
Horsley said the office space is a speculative build-out and not for a specific tenant.
The architect is Hota Design Studio.
The city issued a permit for Bassford Industrial Construction to put in a foundation at a cost of $300,000 at 3535 Imeson Road for construction of two 190,000-square-foot warehouse buildings.
Warehouse Rentals LLC of Valdosta, Georgia, is developing the project.
Warehouse Rentals LLC paid $1.615 million for the 50.1-acre site in West Jacksonville.
The speculative space will be for lease.
JEA issued a service availability letter to Alliant Engineering Inc. for the proposed 82-room Tru by Hilton at northeast Pritchard Road and Interstate 295 in Northwest Jacksonville.
Skinner Bros. Realty Vice President Chet Skinner said Feb. 11 a buyer is under contract for 1.8 acres to develop the hotel.
Skinner Bros. Realty and The Silverfield Group, both based in Jacksonville, are developing a 6.2-acre site in Perimeter Parkway, in front of the Perimeter West Industrial Park.
The Tru by Hilton is one of the projects.
