The Downtown Investment Authority on Oct. 1 launched a website featuring “unique tools aimed at attracting investment and promoting Downtown Jacksonville nationwide.”

The investdtjax.com site includes a database of Downtown properties available for sale or lease, statistics on Downtown demographics, labor force and business, updates on DIA incentives and information on completed, under construction and approved projects.

“Despite the impact of a global pandemic, projects continue to break ground and both the public and private sector are working hard to keep the momentum going,” DIA board Chair Ron Moody said in a news release.

“Downtown is open for business, and we are thrilled to debut our new website which allows us to spread that message near and far. We invite you to see why Downtown is unmatched in opportunity and learn the ways we can support your investment in Downtown,” he said.

The DIA worked with Downtown Vision Inc. and the Wingard marketing agency to create the website.

The DIA was created in 2012 to act as the Community Redevelopment Agency for Downtown.
