Carriage Park at St. Johns, a 13.1-acre potential development at southeast Interstate 95 and County Road 210, is in discussion in St. Johns County.
The mixed-use development would allow senior housing, apartments and travel-related commercial uses such as hotel and retail uses.
St. Johns County Development Services provided comments in a preapplication meeting Sept. 23 that focused on items, policies and code requirements required in application documents.
The property, zoned open rural, is along the west side of CE Wilson Road and west of the 816-unit Bridgewater town house community in review for a first phase of development.
Property ownership comprises members of the Albury and Lore families. A developer was not identified.
The project site is across from the Fountains at St. Johns retail, office and medical development.
