Rodney Glenn Gregory, 3840 Crown Point Road in Jacksonville, is suspended for 60 days with a three-year probation effective Oct. 12 following a Sept. 10 state Supreme Court order.

The Florida Bar found Gregory did not keep required trust account records, resulting in significant irregularities with the handling of trust funds.

After a client alleged delay in payment of settlement funds, which was confirmed by the auditor’s findings, Gregory paid the client in full. There was no evidence of theft or fraud.

When he is reinstated, Gregory is required to work with a CPA who will monitor, ensure and certify his compliance.
