Tepeyolot Cerveceria to San Marco

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for Tepeyolot Cerveceria at 2130 Kings Ave.

The project includes remodeling a 5,373-square-foot building constructed in 1953 from office space to a brewpub-restaurant. Mechling Engineering & Consulting Inc. is the engineering consultant.

BurgerFi to Neptune Beach

A Regency Centers Corp. site plan shows that BurgerFi will open in 2,100 square feet of space in the Seminole Shoppes shopping center at 630 Atlantic Blvd. in Neptune Beach.

Fried Chicken Kitchen in St. Augustine

Fried Chicken Kitchen, which started its food truck in April 2018 in St. Augustine, expanded to a permanent location at 1510 N. Ponce de Leon Blvd., off U.S. 1.

Fried Chicken Kitchen offers fried chicken, chicken salad and chicken sliders as well as cornbread with datil honey and other Southern-inspired sides.

Spencer Upchurch, a St. Augustine native and sixth-generation resident of North Florida, is the creator and owner of Fried Chicken Kitchen with his wife, Christina Kostuk Upchurch.
