VanTrust plans for more than 500,000-square-foot warehouse next to Amazon

The developer does not identify a tenant for the center proposed at Imeson Park in North Jacksonville.

VanTrust Real Estate LLC submitted plans to the city for the proposed 552,720-square-foot Building B at its Imeson Park industrial center in North Jacksonville.

The building is on 27.14 acres at 10501 Cold Storage Road, No. 200, next to the Amazon.com fulfillment center under development.

VanTrust, through JI Imeson Industrial LLC, owns and is developing Imeson Park.

No tenant is identified. The site plan shows 204 parking spaces.

England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.

VanTrust Real Estate was not immediately available for comment Oct. 20.

Imeson Park features the Amazon.com fulfillment center and buildings leased to Cra-Z-Art and Margo State Line.
