Lululemon intends to open at 2006 San Marco Blvd. in San Marco Square.
The athletic wear company opened its first area store at St. Johns Town Center. It lists the San Marco location as “opening soon” on its website.
Some job postings call it a seasonal store.
The city is reviewing a permit application for Course Contracting LLC to build-out 2,960-square-feet of space for Lululemon. JAA Architecture is the architect.
The space is next to Maple Street Biscuit Company. San Marco Promenade apartments used it as a leasing office.
Previous tenants include the Dancing Elephant handcrafted boutique and design house and the Addy Blue women’s clothing store.
Vancouver, British Columbia-based lululemon athletica Inc. operates 506 stores in the U.S. and internationally, as of Aug. 2.
