The city issued a permit Sept. 18 for Haskew Company & Associates Inc. to renovate space at 1 Imeson Park Blvd., No. 201, for Samsonite at a cost of $252,626. The permit appears to cover the office build-out within a larger 528,768-square-foot space. An Aug. 17 application for a certificate of use said Samsonite LLC will use the space for luggage distribution. Second-quarter real estate brokerage reports show that Samsonite will take occupancy in November. LBA Logistics owns the 735,544-square-foot structure, a former Sears warehouse, in Imeson International Industrial Park. JLL Executive Vice President Luke Pope and associate Ross Crabtree are the leasing representatives.
