The city issued a permit for CHI Construction Inc. of Harmony to build-out the former Sticky Fingers Ribhouse at 13150 City Station Drive in River City Marketplace for The Juicy Crab at a cost of $240,000.
It is a 5,441-square-foot project. Juicy Crab franchisee Leo Chen in Atlanta said Feb. 4 he expects to open the River City Marketplace restaurant about five months after the permit is issued.
The city issued a permit March 30 for Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. of Oviedo to build the 2,533-square-foot shell building for Starbucks and a dumpster enclosure on 0.64 acres at 5640 San Jose Blvd. at a cost of $508,000.
The city issued permits March 31 for McCon Building Corp. of Highland, Wisconsin, to build the 3,820-square-foot Culver’s restaurant on 1.54 acres at 7818 Gate Parkway at a cost of $1.454 million.
That project cost includes a patio pergola and dumpster enclosure.
