Restaurant Notes: Charleys Wings to San Jose; V Pizza to St. Johns

Dunkin’ wins permit in the Fountains at St. Johns.

The city issued a permit March 29 for Charleys Wings and Philly Steaks to build-out a 1,908-square-foot stand-alone location at 9840 San Jose Blvd. in a former Krystal as part of a nationwide expansion.

Advanced Building Construction LLC of Tarpon Springs is the contractor for the $120,000 alteration. Plans identify the owner of the San Jose site as GOSH Enterprises in Columbus, Ohio.

The venture is the holding company of Charleys Philly Steaks and other concepts.

V Pizza to St. Johns

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for V Pizza at 5602 U.S. 1 N. in St. Johns County.

The developer is 5700 Phillips Highway LLC. Plans indicate a 6,000-square-foot restaurant along with a deck and a grass play area.

There also is a 4,200-square-foot catering and prep kitchen on the site.

Dunkin’ to Fountains

St. Johns County issued a building permit for Dunkin’ Donuts at 1620 County Road 210 W. in the Fountains at St. Johns.

The 1,265-square-foot Dunkin’ with a drive-thru will be built at a construction cost of $410,000.
