Clean Eatz is building-out space at 4828 Deer Lake Drive W., Suite 1, in Tapestry Park.
The city approved a permit Aug. 12 for the project in the former Your Pie location. Emerald C’s Development Inc. is the contractor for the $280,000 job in 2,173 square feet of space.
Clean Eatz, which sells franchises, produces meal plans.
Its goal is “to give you the tools needed by preparing properly portioned sized meals with a balance of protein, carbs, and fats. Our meals eliminate the guessing, temptation, and lack of being prepared due to a busy lifestyle.”
Clean Eatz has a location in Orange Park. Sean McGill, director of brokerage with Cantrell & Morgan Inc., represents the Tapestry Park landlord. Lara Bahri of CBRE represented Clean Eatz.
