Development Notes: Oakleaf Walmart plans in review

The 205,505-square-foot store is planned west of the First Coast Expressway.

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for the proposed Walmart Supercenter on Oakleaf Plantation Parkway west of the First Coast Expressway in Southwest Jacksonville.

Walmart Stores East LP of Bentonville, Arkansas, is the developer. Civil engineer CPH Inc. requests a modification for development of a 205,505-square-foot Walmart.

The site will include seven outparcels, with a 16-pump Walmart gas station on the largest.
