Restaurant Notes: Island Wing to Tamaya; Starbucks in St. Johns

The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for Island Wing Company Grill & Bar to build a 339-seat, more than 7,000-square-foot restaurant on 1.54 acres at 12675 Beach Blvd. in Tamaya Market.

CHW is the civil engineer.

Shopping center developer Harbour Retail Partners Management LLC sold property Nov. 12 to OFFI Island Wing Tamaya LLC of West Palm Beach for $1.75 million. 

Starbucks in St. Johns

St. Johns County issued permits Nov. 30 for Starbucks to build a 2,500-square-foot coffee shop at a cost of $400,000 at 145 Village Commons Drive in St. Augustine and to renovate its store at 935 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 105, in Saint Johns at a cost of $150,000.

Chick-fil-A in Town Center

The city issued a permit for the $850,000 interior remodeling of Chick-fil-A at 4625 Town Center Parkway.

Arby’s Beach Boulevard renovation

The city is reviewing a permit application for Arby’s to remodel its restaurant at 11190 Beach Blvd. at a cost of $250,000.
