JEA is reviewing a service availability request for a 100-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott on 1.67 acres at Suemac Road at northeast Commonwealth Avenue and Interstate 295 in West Jacksonville.

The city issued a permit Jan. 14 for Ash Construction LLC to build a three-story, 101,900-square-foot metal building for Atlantic Self Storage at 773 Mill Creek Road in Arlington at a cost of $759,228.
