Becknell Industrial paid $6.06 million for 103 acres in Westlake Industrial Park that include 1.2 million square feet of development rights.
Becknell bought the property Feb. 12 through Westlake 24 Industrial Venture LLC.
It bought the land from Norfolk Southern, through Westlake Land Management Inc., of Norfolk, Virginia.
The deed was recorded Feb. 16 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts.
Guy Preston and Seda Preston with Colliers International brokered the sale.
Colliers represents Norfolk Southern, the owner of Westlake Industrial Park, in selling land tracts within the park.
Becknell is based in Lyons, Illinois. It already owns acreage in Westlake where it is developing property.
