The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for WoodSpring Suites to develop a 122-room hotel on 2.45 acres at 1539 Wells Road in Orange Park.
Kimley-Horn and Associate Inc. is the civil engineer.
Concord Hospitality Enterprises of Raleigh, North Carolina, is the developer.
The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for Waste Management to build three buildings totaling 41,360 square feet of space on 11.91 acres at 6876 Greenland Industrial Blvd. for a truck facility.
It calculated the fee at $124,204. The property is owned by Parklands LLC.
Tenant Contractors Inc. is the contractor for the build-out for The Boeing Co. at Lake Gray Plaza in Southwest Jacksonville, according to Craig Meek of The Meek Companies, which manages the property.
Boeing wants to build-out a 22,677-square-foot office at 6225 Lake Gray Blvd., but the aerospace company hasn’t announced the functions there.
Build-out is estimated at $400,000.
The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for a four-story, 100-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott on about 1.7 acres along Suemac Road at northeast Interstate 295 and Commonwealth Avenue in Northwest Jacksonville.
Also, St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a proposed four-story, 95-room Fairfield Inn & Suites on 2.12 acres at 9935 CE Wilson Road at southeast I-95 and County Road 210.
The St. Augustine project is in the Fountains development.
St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a 3,489-square-foot Chase Bank on about an acre along International Golf Parkway in World Commerce Center.
The site is at northeast International Golf Parkway and Florida 16.
